Manchester city seem to be the team in England with one of the best set of scouts because they mostly bring in exactly the kind of players the team needs at almost every point nd they maintain set of players that are usually young vibrant and mostly in their prime. Liverpool aswell has got good scout but they have a good coach who help them assemble these teams much better even after the scouting but with Manchester united it seems much different that even the few good players that were gotten do usually seem to be in their best performance probably due to the Coach approach on how well to utilize them or probably the psychology of the players around the team but the coch has got a bigger role in all of this.
