In this season, Napoli have changed coaches 3 times and perhaps this is the first time they have experienced this. The owner of Napoli was dissatisfied with the results given by Walter Mazzari, so Napoli had to fire the coach again. Previously we also knew that after Spalletti left at the end of the season and at the start of the season Rudi Garcia handled the results, there were no significant changes. Now the results are still the same and in fact even worse than before.
Napoli are in 9th position in the standings and that means they have to fight with other mediocre teams in order to survive in Serie A. As defending champions they do not reflect at all and instead continue to get bad results which tarnish their name this season. Now Napoli have parted ways with Walter Mazzari and their new coach Francesco Calzona is expected to produce the best results before the end of the season. On another note, I hope that Napoli's owners don't fire coaches too often and can give their new coach more time.
Maybe this is karma for the owner of Napoli who is too eager to get a big title in Serie A and in other competitions such as the Champions League or UEL in the future so he always replaces the coach if he is deemed to have failed to improve the performance of Napoli players since Spalletti's success in bringing Napoli to the top rankings. It was a sign that Spalletti's chances were very good in the future but the Napoli owner chose to fire Spalletti on the grounds that he had failed to win a title in the Champions League.
Meanwhile, any club that has great players in it but always replaces the coach is the same as wasting time, whereas the coach needs time to handle the players and manage them well to achieve success.
I say what it is, not to demean the owner of Napoli, but indeed the source of Napoli's bad problems lies with the owner himself and the coach or players have not done anything wrong.
We'll see, even if Napoli gets a great coach like Mourinho, Pep Guardiola or any coach who has reliable experience, they will definitely be fired if they are deemed to have failed by the Napoli owner.
I don't know what the owner of Napoli is thinking, who has replaced the coach for the umpteenth time and made the club's situation worse.
