Why are you complaining about it now, what have you done legally on your issue? If you still have screenshots of your transactions and pieces of evidence you should post them in the scam section

When you are scammed or have issues on exchanges or any platform let the public become aware of it so they will be updated on the status of the platform.
I think you are actually correct. He should have posted it on scam accusations thread for more people to be aware about it . Though this place is also part of the forum and any information dropt in any angle of the BTT forum will be communicated.
For your Gate.io @Dima, I believe it will be fine maybe it's a network glitch. Or it could be the site is have some challenges that will be resolved sooner or later.
