It depends on the reason behind the suspension, I knew it just kept in the suspended state for years in few exchanges but since we are talking about Binance hopefully they act better than others or atleast will give an update and possible time when things become normal.

If you are talking about maintenance then usually it only last for hours, anything else more likely a technical security related issue from project.
