I hope Liverpool gets most of their players back before against the City, and stay fit until the end of the season.
They need their injured players back, but not just only for the City game; but to stay on the summit, because if they lose games against other opponents and beat City, it would not help their quest for the EPL title. Liverpool are missing quite a lot of their quality players right now through injury and they are in four competitions, if they don't get some of them back as soon as possible, it could have a negative impact on them, especially in the EPL.
These set of players that are injured will have a big toll on them because Manchester city are a team that has been known for their consistent fight for the title till the final day of the premier league season and even Liverpool themselves can attestify to that and that's why they need to get those players intact and ready so to avoid any miscues as a result to unavailability of players and I know Manchester City for one will be very happy if they actually lose out on any game because it will a great advantage to them.
