Most websites (even the trivial ones) would have some form of terms and conditions, however some of them use a clause to change the rules as and when they want. It is not unusual to read in almost all terms and conditions a line stating: "we reserve the right to amend these rules". Some would add a notice period and some would not.
It would be an extremely unusual move by Seabet if they have used this particular scam accusation to remove a country from their accessible list in order to try to stop the claimant proceeding that is why they need to post here with their side of the story.
That's a bit strange even though they could do it without telling you or all their customers first. I saw they wrote about this one in the TOS, and hope you received notice of the TOS change as they said. The question is, did you get one of them?
