This court case is actually very important, because Craig Wright needs to be stopped. He made these claims to say that he is Satoshi Nakamoto and people proved him wrong..... but that did not stop him, because he started going after the Bitcoin developers.
He is backed by a lot of money (some of his own and supposedly some funding from other people) and these developers had to defend themselves with their own money.
A win in this court case, will hopefully stop this madness and developers will be free to concentrate on Bitcoin development and not be disrupted by silly court cases.
IMHO a judge can say whatever he wants, as i said it is very easy to probe that you are SN, we dont need a court case to solve it... anyway i understand your point.
