Just as Rasmus Højlund started looking better and was getting goals in his bag, he's now picked up a muscle injury and will be out of the team for at least 2-3 weeks. Definitly a blow for Manchester United as Højlund was looking like the best player in the United shirt and got the much necessary goals for them.
This will be disappointing news for Manchester United and the entire team; he has scored in a number of recent matches, capturing the attention of the football community. Players like him, who are critical to the team's success, should not be overworked and should receive plenty of rest when necessary. The body has a point at which it will no longer be able to withstand pressure. I wish him a speedy recovery and a return to the pitch because they desperately need him in that forward position to convert the majority of their opportunities into goals.
With this condition, Man United should not have to rely on Hojlund, they should look for other options that can cover Hojlund's position temporarily until he recovers from his injury. Apart from that, I think Man United rarely has a central midfielder who often scores goals, as for Bruno, I don't think it's really his goal instinct but just ambition to still be able to secure the captain's armband. Maybe Rashford will be shifted to the center forward position again to fill this void, he is definitely expected to be a goal contributor for Man United.
