Okay dat one simply means say for the second stage, you fit pick your favorites entries and rank Dem from 1 to 4 and you fit edit your ranking for each entries anytime before the second entry go end.
I still dey confuse me for here too, why is the signature only for hero/legendary members while those that can participate are from 30 merits and 30 activities upwards. is there any functions that these higher ranked members would perform that others cannot that validates the signatures for only them? please could you explain for better understanding.
I no really know sha why Dem get signature for only hero/legendary. E be like say na only dat one Dem create but that one no mean say na only that rank fit join the contest. Any body wey get 30 activities and 30 merit go fit participate no matter the rank.
