Hello, somebody please help me here, this is not fair at all. Why is the support team so inefficient? I could be dying and no one cares to look into my case that has lingered since September 2023??? 3 days ago I finally got a response from TheQuin but he/she isn't online since then. Please anyone from freebitco.in who can help me look into my case, this is exhausting! I need my money, I don't have a lot, please, I need my money. I made deposit and it has not been added to my account (since September). Please help me! Support is unreachable, they have failed to respond to any of my mails. Just release my money that's all. Why is it taking forever to fix this? TheQuin gave an explanation of what could possibly have happened but no one has still looked into my case. This is really really not good, especially as I've been a freebitco user since 2016. HELP ME!!!
From your post history I can see that you are facing an issue with your deposit on freebitco.in and you have already raised your concern.
So TheQuin has already replied to you, could you tell us what actually happened with your deposit then? What did he say ?
Now that TheQuin is aware of this issue, if your deposit is genuine then you won't have to worry about it as the freebitco.in team would be looking into the issue.
Don't worry you will get your money back, provided, there are no major concerns with the transaction.
