Of course Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen are the main candidates for the title this season. But Milan can probably do well too, they played well in the qualifiers. I also like Sporting Lisbon, who also did well. I think this Europa League season could easily be a surprise. It could happen that for example Bayer and Liverpool meet before the final.

I don't even think the rest have bigger chance than lowest potential to get the trophy this season. It semed to me that if there will be very strict competition to get into the right score. We have experienced many troubles and i think that if some clubs will be fully dominating the competition.
Leverkusen is still unbeatable in the bundesliga and this is a sense reason to put this club as highest potential along with liverpool which is also still competing at the top of european competition (EPL).
Others may have different opinion and im very welcome with it. Levrkusen is really convincing me to think it will be winning europa league.
