We have completed the refund process for the final set of withdrawal requests. Out of these, two have been denied due to fraud (account was previously banned). Three of them have been forwarded to the risk management team of our odds feeds and game providers. Apart from these five instances, all other refunds have been 100% completed.
We will process or deny the remaining cases based on the results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team.

Even though you declared that you have refunded all players, we should wait also their confirmation and be sure they had full refund and everything is processed and fixed. The casino turned to a scam, so it’s hard for us to believe before confirmation.
