Yeah, I've just checked and they have seen more than three games ending as fulltime draw results with just a win or two from Barcelona. This season hasn't been easy for Barcelona though, they've come a long way despite the stress and pressure on Xavi Hernandez to be sacked.
I have to give praises to Raphina and Joào Cancelo including Felix as they all contributed and had a good game for the club. I learnt Frankie De Jong also scored important goals.
Robert Lewandoski did well man, He gave a good pass to Raphina but the Brazilian failed to utilize the chance. I predicted both sides to score but mine didn't go as planned. They're now ahead of Girona with a point or two.
Tomorrow Girona will play Rayo Vallecano and perhaps they will be able to regain second place, but the fact that they allowed Barcelona to overtake them is a consequence of their mistakes in the last matches, they cannot lose points and hope that the team can maintain their position. Real will play Sevilla today, but Sevilla is not in the shape to take points from Real, so Real must get 3 points today and not allow Baselona or Girona to get closer to them.
With five points adrift of Barcelona and Girona, the chances are so slim for Real Madrid to loose any more. Girona has surprised everyone this season and done so well, but sitting on top the table is only certain if Atletico Madrid losses their next few fixtures.
Xavi has been rumoured to likely leave Barca perhaps that's why he's trying his best with the team to avoid losing anymore but instead breach the gap between themselves and Real Madrid on top.
Diaz has really stepped up with about three goals since Bellingham had that injury in their match against Girona. Although Luca Modric and Joselu would play in same role, I think Diaz is more than the favorite for that midfield role.
