I have heard De Bruyne has some interest in him from Saudi Arabia. Manchester City are said to have set a price tag worth 100 million pounds for him if it is really true though. 
But it wouldn't be surprising if it is either. Because De Bruyne is currently one of the best performing players in Europe. He is 32 years old maybe but it doesn't affect his performance negatively even a bit. He surely deserves to be priced at this level while there is a huge increase in every player's worth these days.
Manchester City simply don't want to let him go. I think there would be a Saudi Arabia team to make an offer anyway. But would De Bruyne accept it?
As a Manchester City fan, I will not support De Bruyne leaving the club and accepting an offer from Saudi Arabia even though that is his choice, but this is a problem for the future of Manchester City.But it wouldn't be surprising if it is either. Manchester City experienced a decline in performance and after that Haaland also suffered an injury which resulted in Manchester City experienced a very deep decline in performance.
But after De Bruyne's return everything got better he was able to score several scores in several matches providing assists and that means it was a positive impact from De Bruyne but for some reason MC management actually planned to sell him at a very high price.
If that is true, clubs from Saudi Arabia will without thinking twice pay the player because 100 million is not a problem for Saudi Arabian clubs because they need contributions from top European players even though he is old but De Bruyne is still able to perform as before.
It is possible that De Bruyne could accept the offer, but I hope De Bruyne chooses to stay in Manchester
