Bournemouth hosted City at home. It was a tough match for both teams. City took the lead in the first half and managed to win 1-0. Bournemouth tried to get back into the game in the second half but failed to score.
The match wasn’t a easy one for Manchester City, i was surprised that Manchester City were able to score just one goal in the match, I was expecting them to confidently win the match, but they have to struggle before they could win, I notice that Manchester City have been finding difficult to score in their last three matches, they do have some opportunities, but they do end up wasting it. Manchester city do end up scoring just 1 goal in all their last three matches, I don’t really know the cause.
In the last match of the day, Arsenal hosted Newcastle United at home. They managed to get a comfortable win against their opponent. Arsenal established the pressure from the first minute of the match and took a 2-0 lead in the first half and continued in the same way in the second half.
Newcastle played so poorly in the match, I never expected Arsenal to score a team like Newcastle four goal, the match was not really competitive, Newcastle made everything so easy for Arsenal in the match. Since Arsenal are also desperate to win the league this season, they will make use of any opportunity which they have.
