Gambling is not a money-making machine and everyone knows it but greed makes them ignore that concept and they have made mistakes that make it difficult to control themselves in gambling, their focus is only on chasing winning bets to increase income and they are not ready to accept losing money from betting, even though they not realizing that they have lost a lot of money due to gambling involving the desire to get high wins.
Even though gambling can change us for the worse, we still have self-control to be able to improve to return to the initial stage to gamble wisely, all decisions depend on ourselves to start gambling with several rules that can avoid factors of greed and financial loss.
IMO, the fact is that gambling can actually make money instantly. unfortunately, gambling is all about probability. yeah, the possibility of losing or losing a lot of money. or, the possibility of us getting a win or what people say is a jackpot. however, I won't deny what you say on the main point. It's just that everyone has different patterns and perspectives. yeah, it depends on how someone defines gambling for themselves.
but in essence we agree, if we consider gambling as a means like a money machine and only focus on pursuing profits, especially without being equipped with knowledge, insight, experience and everything related to gambling. almost all such gamblers tend to lose more than they win. That's why it's very important to know what we're gambling for. if the focus is as we say, yeah, the results are usually as we mutually agree.
At the same time, gambling can change behavior. and yeah, I can say that it's true. whether we realize it or not, our psychology will usually be affected by patterns or habits without being balanced with wisdom and self-control. that's why it's important for beginners to know the risks involved in gambling first. the point is, know the limits of what we can afford and also include responsibility which ultimately creates self-control. unfortunately, this is not as easy as I say.
