Chelsea is an unpredictable and unreliable team they go through the competition with many surprises as you said when against weak teams they draw or lose while when against strong teams they draw and sometimes win I think they will continue to do that until the end of the season. Next season Chelsea has many things to improve one of the most important is defense because Chelsea conceded too many goals, this season they have conceded 41 goals from 25 matches it was their worst performance in the last few seasons.
