Perhaps OP is not aware that instant doesn't necessarily mean that the Bitcoin will be received immediately after pressing the instant withdrawal button; there are processes to go through. But if ever I encounter a situation where I chose the instant option and haven't received it after a day, the first thing I would do is contact their customer support team to reach out. The blockchain explorer is also available to track the progress and status of the transaction. Sometimes transactions experience delays due to network congestion or other issues, and it might take some time to reflect in the wallet.
