You're making me remember like an old casino that also had their announcement here through the forum through their closure. And anyone who had missed the deadline, they've given an extension for the convenience of those that haven't heard the good news that they've made. On your end, this is a commendable move as you're able to solve and give that space for those that have been affected and some testimonial was also written on this thread particularly about the refund. Congratulations for that actions you've made and I hope that most if not all affected users get the refund before your next considered deadline.
Well, I don't know but morally, there should be no deadline of any kind for cases like this, the company is supposed to keep this offer of refund open for as long as it takes affected user to take notice of the refund initiative, and come around to apply to get his or her refund, the company is not doing an airdrop to their users, neither are they dashing money to their users, the money they are refunding here is the same money belonging to same users which the company initially ran off with, and for what ever reason, they are back here to refund their users they stole from, there shouldnt be any limit or deadline to how long the refund plan should be open, if the company have good intentions of refunding every single affected user, then the refund plan should be open (like I said before) for as long as it take all the affected users to come around and claim back their money.
Except the company's plan is to refund the few persons who may have come around now, and keep the rest of the money for themselves, which I personally will still consider as stealing and won't trust this casino.
