The account that gave the merit last posted on August 6, 2018, at 01:25:54 PM, then did not post again and became active on January 25, 2024, at 12:14:41 AM. The account post looks like it's a purchased account. The account has changed hands.
My question is, how do I give 50 merit in this simple post?

Yes, it is. However, it is not a must that good quality standard posts have to receive 150 or more characters.Merits are being offered to random posts that need to be noted. They are trying to grow new accounts using multiple accounts.
