To tell the truth, the challenge doesn't look so simple to me. Right now the Target Multiplier is 819.27x, and from all my tries my biggest multiplier was only 10x:

New challenge is opened, if you managed to complete the previous challenge in the Big Bass floats my boat, the reward has been distributed.
It gives me $82, I thought that it would be around $60 or less because I think the game is easy to give big multiplier.
I managed to hit the minimum multiplier twice in no more than 300 spins, lets say I lost all the 300 spins, I lost $30 only and the reward is covered it already.
What you need to do it to keep trying but do not spend more than you can afford to lose.
My suggestion, dont lose more than $50 while trying to chase the multiplier in the SvE challenge.
