Because it is very absurd that I never did, despite numerous mails, hence why I had to do a little research and found this platform. This is the very first time I have issues with the platform and look how long it's taking to get such a simple problem resolved. I feel so helpless, there could be others like me who knows...
All issues I had with the platform weren't personal or individual issues, so I just had to wait until they fixed the general issue for everyone. I remember having sent a message to their support email once, but it has never been replied. Later, I posted the message here on this thread and were replied. But these days, support is less active on this thread than in previous years. That is why I said they should hire more members for their support team.
God help me, this is really not good. The communication is so poor, now all I can do is wait, this is terrible. 😢
