I have heard De Bruyne has some interest in him from Saudi Arabia. Manchester City are said to have set a price tag worth 100 million pounds for him if it is really true though. 
But it wouldn't be surprising if it is either. Because De Bruyne is currently one of the best performing players in Europe. He is 32 years old maybe but it doesn't affect his performance negatively even a bit. He surely deserves to be priced at this level while there is a huge increase in every player's worth these days.

But we all know Kevin De Bruyne is a key player in the team and they are not going to let him leave easily. That's why they asked for 130 million euros from any team they want to hire this Belgian player from Macnshter City which can make it completely impossible for the Saudi teams to hire De Bruyne from Manchester City.
Totally depends on him but im sure that if de bruyne has no interest in going to the saudi pro league. Manchester city still sees him as a very important player and this is the fact. As mentioned by romano and it was also reflecting how guardiola hopes him to stay even longer in the club.
Even pep aware if de bruyne was manchester city's soul. I think that de bruyne has already snubbed saudi's transfer rumor. The latest news if he has been linked to the MLS movement which is not yet confirmed by him.
IMO, the better for de bruyne to stay much longer in manchester city but club has not yet sent him a new offer to extending his contract. This makes the situation still remain uncertain regarding his future. We may be seehing a statement to come from him in the upcoming days,
