They didn't try to solve anything and just pretended that they were trying to in order to lure in more victims from this forum as some sort of last ditch attempt which clearly failed. That's proper karma basically.

Right, I get what you mean. It is not in the clear, but it is way father from being an outright scam like 1xbit and other similar to it have been proven to be with the years.
The thing is, that before all this went down people in the forum had Betnomi as a safe alternative to the big casinos we all know and recognize. This indecent could have happened to any surging Bitcoin casino which focused tmits marketing in appealing to forum users, to be honest.
I have lost much on my enthusiasm for the Betnomi refund plan, but keeping in mind there have been some people claiming to have received their refunds, then I would be ready to allow my expectations to rise a bit again. Perhaps, I am being too optimistic, though.

I have never tried BC.GAME, by the way, so needless to say my experience with them is zero.

Really I am beginning to get drained from this thread being constantly pumped to the first page each day and week,  well we won't get tired of stating the obvious the the 1xbit team has several unresolved issues and complaints that have affected their reputations in recent times,  and most of the scared people are those who deposit huge amount or those that won big amount in the time of gambling on the 1xbits casinos.

So let us be warned and guided at the same time so that we don't fall victim to them at any point in time.

I mean, it is something which have been suggested before to moderators: to permanently lock this thread, since does not serve any purpose but to discuss the scams of this devious casino (their official representative does not even appear around here anymore anyways), but it seems moderators have opted for not to lock this thread as they do not believe it to be necessary.
I am quite divided on whether it would be a good idea or not, since this thread also helps for victims to find a please to get people like us to explain to them there is no much which can be done to get their money back, otherwise those desperate victims could get scammed by people who could lie to them and assuring to be able to get their money back for a fee, it is a typical scam, sadly.
Also, we talking about how this casino is unreliable and not to be trusted could have and could continue to save people from depositing on it in the future. All this situation would be easier if moderators locked this thread and decided to stick a message about 1xbit in the first page (in a locked thread), but doing so would be biased. Moderators try to stay neutral and won't moderate scams...
