Yes, I agree that Liverpool will probably have difficulty maintaining themselves at the top of the standings for much longer if the injured players do not recover quickly and return to strengthen this squad. Because even though Klopp is a good coach, he will still find it difficult to maintain the performance of the squad he trains without some of their main players on the field. A storm of injuries has always been proven to make a strong squad weak.
