This will depend on the issue of the coin and of course depends on the terms of the exchange, if you think that coin can still be activated on that exchange then you can wait until the exchange lifted the suspension but no one can tell when aside from them. If your are holding a coin that will be suspended better to make a move early and withdraw that coin as soon as possible so you can still access your money.

If you think it will be a possible warning that the coin has deep problems, you can get out of your coins and find other exchanges that are still trading the coin. Get rid of it as soon as possible. At least, get something out of it before it declines its value in the market without the possibility of recovering from the situation.
