I can understand what you mean here. It will be difficult to play against strong teams in EPL if many Liverpool players are injured. Liverpool still have some big matches against Man City (March 10), Brighton (March 31), Man United (April 7), Tottenham (May 4), and Aston Villa (May 11). There is a chance for Liverpool to lose points in these matches if they won't play with their best lineup. It is sad to see many Liverpool attackers got injured, and some of them have no clear time for the return.
Manchester City and Arsenal may get the advantage with this situation. Man City is possible to beat them in matchday 28 if Liverpool plays with weak lineup. Man City will return to the 1st place if they can beat Liverpool. Arsenal also can get the advantage if Liverpool keep losing the points, so Arsenal and Man City probably will compete for the title until the end of the season.
TBH, I really hope the injured players will recover faster. So Klopp has enough players to put on the lineup.
Liverpool still have some tough matches to play that will determine if they will win the Premier League title this season. If Liverpool uses their current squad to play against Manchester City, they will lose because those young lads cannot stop Manchester City from scoring a lot of goals against them. The premier league title race will be tough because Manchester City will also play tough matches before the season ends, such as Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal.
