I agree with what you said about the solution to improve Barcelona at this time by switching to new ownership then maybe we will be able to see Barcelona rise again, but unfortunately the club owner and management are reluctant to sell Barcelona and prefer to solve their problems by reducing the salaries of players, management and even selling their star players to other clubs to at least cover their financial problems,With this decision from management remaining adamant, of course Barcelona is even more shackled and will only continue to decline for the next few seasons.
I wonder how long Barcelona can survive in a situation like that. Management's decision not to sell Barcelona will cause the team to suffer further losses in the future. I think Barcelona really needs a new owner with sufficient funds to rebuild their squad. Xavi is a good coach but some players can't play with the tactics he uses. I don't blame the players but with Barcelona's current financial condition I think Xavi still doesn't have the opportunity to prove himself as a coach because the team doesn't have the money to recruit the players Xavi is targeting.
Even this all is indeed but most chances we are not going to have decision like this in coming days because it's never been easy to sell this even this is much needed thing if they want to have golden days back with good funds for buying new players and also having good system which bring good results because I have read sometime back there were few things like one Dubai based company were ready to take over.
But this was rejected with other option was also available to settle debit which create good change, and they will be able to have recover from this worst situation, but this was also rejected so now just wait how they will settle this all, and we have this giant Spanish club back on his feet's in near future because I have feeling currently the biggest issue is bad management which is bringing this club down.
