We don't have penalties often, we don't need them in League duels. When we do have them, the plan is to use them in friendly duels as well.

Like I said in my answer to Harkorede. It's up to him. If he wants to answer the penalties question, that's OK. If he don't, we will just count the result without that question. If it's a draw, then it's a draw.
Answering the penalty question now would beat the purpose of fairness and whatnot, even though I never saw any of either opponents penalty questions, I'd say we call it square if it ends up as a draw at the end of all questions, and I hope and I think it wouldn't come to that though. Then, going forward we'll get more explicit when it comes to friendly games, I guess I never thought of penalties because, most, if not all of my sidebet have come during the regular season with possibility of a draw and penalty questions weren't a thing during those matches just a couple of H2H questions, apologies for any misunderstanding caused.
