Not only you, most people who are seeing the promotion are not gonna to take these.
I took the conclusion from the promotion, basically it's just throwing your KYC-ID to Blackjack.Fun. The first time in my life to see 200x wagering, also with such huge wagering you only can take the win from promotion up to 20$. The rules is clearly they want player losing 99,999999999% from my perspective better not created any promotion if they did not really intend to lose money.
I guess their main goal would be to let user try their site with the no deposit bonus but with a small fine print of not letting anyone withdraw. Its clear to say that none would ever complete this wagering requirement, basically you will need to wager $4k with starting balance of $20 which is just dumb in one sense. On top of that, max $20 withdrawal is the main turnoff for this aside from the KYC
If they really care about the promotion they are spending for promotion, why not just make a normal wagering like 10-50x most common waggering and limit the code can be claim (10-20) user and user can withdraw the money they win at least 100-200$. These rules will at least require a budget of 2000-4000$ but we all know 90% of people are gonna lose and only 10% lucky user.
Yeah, even with 50x requirement we all know that most people will end up losing all their balances. Also they could always cap the max withdrawal in case if someone wins though
