Newcastle United is another bad team that no one talks about; it appears that the entire rebuild is going down the drain. I hope it's not another Fulham and QPR story. (Got rich take over and became shit the next season).

Blud, that team thought they could survive without new buys. Still think they made a mistake letting go St Maximin in what was apparently some kind of weird financial dealing, and hoping they could rely on guys like Almiron to keep on overperforming. I still like watching them though, QPR were horrible to watch...
What was Newcastle's reasons for selling St Maximin in the first place? What is his injury record? Man was their best player and the only one with the most successful take ons after Hazard left England. I recall telling Harkorede earlier this season that Newcastle was never going to survive this season with their dreadful squad depth, and I was not wrong. I told Harkorede that Newcastle's Top 4 was similar to Sheffield United fooling all of us in their first season in the EPL and then falling to the relegation zone the following season.
QPR got a sugar daddy, and the first thing they did was sign all of the old Legends from the TOP 4 on high wages (Ferdinand, Johnson, and others) and got shipped to the championship. Honestly, everyone believed Newcastle would get Ronaldo and Mbappe this season. Lol
