I have corrected the OP. Shipping will be directly from Spoondolies Tech no matter what you choose.

Will there be an option to have it hosted Free for one month and then Pay for shipping so it's shipped on the day the hosting ends?

Assuming we'll have space in our Israeli DC in August, we'll allow that.
If not, we'll have to ship it to WA DC and then you'll be committed to 6 months hosting.
