What does your link to the file describing "Clans of Ukraine: Analyzing Links Between Key Groups of the Ukrainian Oligarchy and European and U.S. Families and Institutions" have to do with the theme of the topic where you posted your post (Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress])?
