Kucoin is not able to serve its customers.

On 19th Feb. 2024 my Kucoin account suddenly showed "withdrawals blocked"! Being a fully verified user since years,
I contacted support. They asked for an "Enhanced Customer Due Diligence Questionnaire" ECDDQ and a proof of residence. I provided the infos in the form and a phone bill for my residence.

Since then 20th Feb. 2024 no answer, no service, no support. The account is still blocked at withdrawal.
The Kucoin account is not only useless, it takes me my money.
I declare the source of my assets is private savings for old age.

Kucoin support does not clear up my complaint.
