If look at the two, they do have almost the same equality in terms of strength performance, but each has advantages that cannot be differentiated.
Brighton is in the Premier League competition with 7th place in the standings and they are used to facing several big, quite strong team such as Manchester City, Arsenal and also Liverpool who are currently in very good condition.
In contrast to Roma, which in the Serie A competition occupies 6th position in the standings and perhaps only faces strong team such as Inter Milan and Juventus, this difference will create an advantage in terms of ease when the two teams compete.
In the first leg, Roma will have home game and this is clearly an opportunity for them to win and have an aggregate advantage, but I sure Brighton will not give up and let Roma win.
Brighton must at least be able to maintain draw and try to win the match in the second leg when the home game is theirs, but I will also have little difficulty in determining who will make it through to the next round.
They each have advantages and disadvantages, perhaps predictions can really be made with more certainty when the first leg match is finished.
The next European cup game against Roma and Brighton is a prospective tough encounter as the both teams have their own species of good they add to their respective leagues. They're both competitive and know how best to implement favourable tactics too that'll match the kind of intensified contest they plan on putting on. Roma are a good side. Their manager De Rossi has some kind of ability to raise up a team into a pretty much successful squad.

Even with the loopholes they're faced with, he's still been able to help the team stand out in some games. Injury has definitely been a number one deprivation of a team's performance but the manager has been able to make do with the players and squad he's got available and even though not perfect as expected, they're not relenting in their efforts. Although their performance against teams in the league didn't fully get good commendation but still they tried to secure the points to themselves.

Brighton on the other hand, they've been impactful, currently striving to stay in shape in the Premier League too and so they've got same goal as Roma and therefore if in recent times they've remained at an average performance level, then I doubt that there'd be a negative difference now when the tournament and season is almost rounded up. For me, I'll really love to see the heated game between Roma and Brighton in the UEL soon though and I have a feeling that the game would practically end in a draw at the first leg but it's only best that one of the sides stands out more and secure the 3points ahead.
