We don't really need to check the stats of people who gamble, that's just dumb. Just set a specific amount you CAN spend (and will) spend for each session, each amount should adjust depending on the number of times you gamble say per week or per month. And no, gathering the same amount of money isn't exactly possible since it's money you decided to dedicate for your enjoyment/entertainment. There's a different part of your income that should go directly to money that will be used for investing. Those kinds of financing would make your life a whole lot easier and at the same time stress free (just don't forget to add enjoyment, spend a little for yourself).
The statistics I'm saying is something that will make us to know our expenses in gambling I think that we have to know a specific amount of money we spend in gambling weekly with that statistics we make a something that will give us the actual amount we spend weekly and the monthly, how can we determine what will you can spend or what we are going to spend it is basically being detect by our measurement so it is advisable from my own participative I don't know from any other person that we have to calculate properly before we engaging gambling who is into gambling that experiences failure today it is being determined or it is being course by miscalculation
There is a simple way to do this. I don't understand everything and the opinion you are pointing to. Every gambling platform have a place where you check your gambling history. Now before starting to gamble always point out the amount, you are willing to spend on gambling either daily, weekly or monthly. After doing this the simplest way to check your statistics is by going back to go back to your gambling history after a month interval and check cumulatively your expesnes on your bets. The profits you have made as well as the loss.

Only this way you can keep proper records of you gambling and know if you should reduce your risk or increase the amount you allocated to gambling. No one can be perfect at gambling so sometime some months may not turn out good as the previous.
