It would be better for Tuchel to be fired, not because he is unable to give his best, but because the demands of this season alone will be tough, winning the UCL trophy is certainly not a guarantee that can be obtained easily. The Bundesliga potential is clearly far behind Leverkusen. For this reason, Bayern Munich officials who want trophies from club conditions like this should look for a new coach. Tuchel is too burdened with big responsibilities even though he has only played 2 seasons. Rather than forcing opportunities without supporting player consistency, it would be better for Bayern Munich to leave and let them reassemble this team.
I believe sooner or later he will gets fired, either when they have no possibility to become a champion in Bundesliga or in the end of season. It's a shame for Bayern Munich if they can't become a champion in Bundesliga.
Honestly I'm really interested with the two upcoming matches which are Bayern Munich vs Lazio and Arsenal vs FC Porto.
Both of big teams lose in the first leg, but still Lazio and FC Porto become underdogs considering they're leading. Maybe taking risk to bet Lazio and FC Porto with small amount money seems to be wise option.
