Yes, that's what I mean. This season's competition has become very competitive compared to before because it wasn't just dominated by the three teams which in fact only have a small difference in points and it could be said they have comparable power and performance. But, there are also many elements of surprise, where the mediocre teams could become a stumbling block in the title race. Like when Man City lost against Wolves, many certainly didn't think that would happen. So I think surprises like that could still happen throughout the rest of this season.
Of course that's why there is always a chance for any team to win or draw even if playing against the top three teams this season. It is reasonable to say that the current top three teams are favorites in many games, but surprises and match drama are always possible and we never know for sure how the final score will be.
Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal are competing closely with a low points difference, so it is true that this season's title race is very different from previous seasons. Manchester City will have a tough match this week because they have to face Manchester United in the derby match, while Liverpool and Arsenal will have relatively easy matches where Nottingham and Sheffield will be their respective opponents.
