I think Tottenham and Crystal Palace are both inconsistent this season, especially in their last few matches, but if you look at the strength of these two teams, there is no significant difference so this match will probably be quite difficult for both teams.
Tottenham started the season perfectly and they had good performances in all the games we saw from them even after losing Kane.
But time after time they lose their potential to make us think more before betting on this team again a team like Crystal Palace, that's why I think even there is a chance for Tottenham to lose this game instead of of winning it.
However, checking the last results from both teams they had close performances, and in the last five games they had each team won two times.
