This isn't an excuse, though. It is a shame for KuCoin to proudly claim they have 24/7 support and yet they can't resolve seemingly simple issues for many days. Not only are they most likely understaffed, what they probably have are also overworked, clueless, and underpaid outsourced workers from god knows which part of the globe.
That's bascially the case for all exchanges, even the top tier ones like Binance. And I don't think its only about being understuff/clueless, imho its more about not giving a fuck as they know that their users can't do much.
Once I had my Binance account blocked for weeks, and only after I contacted them via reddit, it got unlocked in a matter of 20-30 minutes.
