Like catacata did, you should send a fraction or more ixc and see what happens

My guess

If you donate < 1 ixc, the block will report as created = 1.0  - the quantity you sent

e.g. you send 0.1 ixc to the address of block 300, which is xiLY3HL6q9VPkbLRsFBDduqmS9juRRiJQy

If you look at the next block on https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ixc/  you should see "Created: 0.9 ixc  (1.0 - 0.1 = 0.9)

If you donate > 1 ixc, the block will report as destroyed = 1.0  - the quantity you sent

e.g. you send 1.2 ixc to the address of block 300, which is xiLY3HL6q9VPkbLRsFBDduqmS9juRRiJQy

If you look at the next block on https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ixc/  you should see "Destroyed: 0.2 ixc  (1.0 - 1.2 = -0.2)

If proven, this feature makes ixc an outstanding coin, deflationary, based on donations going straight to miners

Can anyone do this little experiment?

I sent some transactions to that address but what does it mean and why?
