This is obviously another attempt to fish merit.
When people do something good to support Bitcoin, the best we should do is to support and encourage them and not condemn their good intentions with so much negativity. Talking about merit fishing, the OP is a Hero member with 603 merits whereas you are a newbie with zero merits, so who should fish for merit?
These photos are all edited that's why you ensured there was no background. Plus if you look closely you will notice that the images on the books the kids are holding is totally different from the Bitcoin ones you said you customized. Plus those don't look like kids in a school setting ( they are on flip flops and not on socks ) what school accepts that?
I have taken a look at those pictures and I do not think they are edited unless perhaps my eye is not working fine due to hunger as I have not eaten this morning. As for the school setting, that is a typical rural school setting in most West African countries even though there is gradual improvement going on now.
If you really want to spread love you will buy those books for those kids and don't even bother announcing it here except you want something in return for your good deed.

This is not the first time people are announcing their contribution to the Bitcoin community and I do not see anything wrong with it. If Op do not bring it here, how do we know that some children in a rural community in Africa are already aware of Bitcoin and the customized books will further spread Bitcoin to their homes? Do you know that many people are being motivated to do more to their communities through this post?
If you are not comfortable with the post, the best you can do is pass and follow other topics. Let's encourage people to do more to humanity because that is the very essence of our living.
