You can try to send a pm to ndumm as he is the official representative in this forum or you can try contact Little Mouse as he may have direct connection to the management of Shuffle.
Anyway I doubt that you will be able to get direct communication with the owner because I'm sure any site has its own staff for any specific issue so high possibility that you will be directed to the related department which is responsible for your case.
I'm not sure what is your problem which you claim to be many weeks without any update, but I hope someone from Shuffle will read your post and forward it to the related department.
