1/ So if his wife was playing too, it makes they are two individuals playing there.. so thay have no right to have two accounts then ??
2/ Which limitation? is this is stated on TOS ?? Limitation of players is (unethical) weird practice that sportsbooks do but without admitting it directly.. they always hide behind fake justifications when they do that!

She clearly stated that they only opened a new account so the husband could circumvent the limits imposed on his account. It’s a clear cut admission of collusion.
I told him we could try to make a new account under my name and see if it worked that way and indeed we could bet again. We bet nba games and won everything again. The same thing happened right away; we couldn’t bet anything.
But this time, even the cash out option was blocked.
If she had created her own account while there wasn’t any restrictions on the husband’s account and used it in good faith for her own gambling they might not have gotten flagged, and if they did they might have a stronger case against forfeiture of their funds.
