Being a responsible gambler is not easy, it's easier said than done as they say. If I say being responsible is easy and everyone should become responsible, it's because I have control over my emotions and I feel that anyone can have that but in reality, it's not as simple as we might think it is based on our own thinking.
Responsibility here may be more about the use of money either going in or out of gambling. So if someone can be responsible for losing from gambling, they will probably think more clearly and not be careless when placing bets in casinos or other forms of gambling.
I don't know if what you said makes any sense because it's not clear what you are trying to say. Responsibility is gambling is about the use of money, of course, who denies that? But, it's a fact that it's not easy for every gambler to become responsible since they don't have it in their nature. Those who are responsible themselves can't see things from the perspective of an irresponsible gambler, they only think the way they think, not how an irresponsible gambler would think.
So if I, you, or anyone else is a responsible person or a responsible gambler, we might say or think that there is nothing that difficult in being responsible, but we say that only because we got control, but an irresponsible person doesn't have that.
I also understand that. That's why, we can be said to be more able to control ourselves when gambling. It's good to at least motivate and mediate for our own friends who don't have anything like that.
If we talk in general, it's very important to give our thoughts to other people, especially those we don't know. However, it is different from our own friends. At least we have saved our friends or people we know from doing careless things that could ruin their lives from gambling.
