in this case nowday Ethereum can take precedence since ETF is incoming its only matter of time, we know how bullish bitcoin is when ETF gets approved the price literally jumping and the sentiment is good moving forwards i will expect the same with ethereum except though maybe at lesser scale the price might jump but probably won't affect other altcoin or at least only affect L2 since we know etheruem itself is an altcoin.
but if it were to be approved of ETF then it almost instantly means quick profit for those that holds.
on the other hand though there are altcoin season that was expected to be coming by many people out there, im sure it will be something big in the future.
