I think that bonus was for the downtime about a week ago when the scheduled maintenance took longer than expected.
Since it's at the bottom of the bonus page you just didn't see it yet because it was given several days ago.

Or maybe I am wrong and you actually got something for the RIO event.

I thought the list was kind of useless since it didn't make sense to save your points for the list, made more sense to redeem them.
And so I did instead of keep the points.
