Since you're not responding to my question for the detailed chronology, I can't be sure if I assume the situation correctly, but if we suppose that it is, that they're not giving you any news in 4 days
after you submitted documents for KYC, that is actually quite normal, as they need time to verify your details.
I believe the detailed chronology is no longer relevant. The fact remains that I completed the KYC process, yet my account was inexplicably locked with my funds inside. It has been well over four days, I assure you.
