Does it mean you are from the USA? It is clearly stated on their website that they do not allow players from the US. Or are you using a VPN to access their website? I don't know why you are still bothering them, but your case does not look good anymore, as you have clearly violated their rules. It is better not to run after them and accept the mistake you did.
