If they actually want to get to Victor Osimhen, they will have to spend a lot of money.

And I agree with what they are saying in this article. Both Chelsea and Manchester United have spent a lot of money recently.
So even if they have the ability to spend a lot of money, they might not be able to follow the financial fair play rule.

You know a lot of clubs are actually ready to spend a lot of money for him. So it might be a problem for them.
But to mean the bigger question is that, is he actually willing to go to Chelsea or Manchester United?

The football world is buzzing with excitement as top European clubs circle around Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen, amid his stellar performances for Italian outfit Napoli.

The 23-year-old has caught the attention of footballing powerhouses, including Manchester United and Chelsea, who are eager to secure his services.

TBH, I'm not a fan of these two teams, but I would agree more if Osimhen were at Man United (if there were no other options) because currently the only one who has higher potential is Man United compared to Chelsea, which is currently almost a mediocre team even though it is one of the teams. popular but his performance really makes the fans disappointed when Chelsea performance is currently very inconsistent and in comparison Man United can still provide opportunities even though they always fail in the UCL but because there is a lack of great attacking players so Osimhen is more suitable if he joins Ten Hag.

It would be more suitable if he would not choose these two teams because in fact my statement above is when there is no other choice and if there is another choice, Osimhen would be better off looking for the right team to be able to get a prestigious title next season.
but the only serious problem is that his contract will end in the 2025 season and of course the team that owns this player will not allow him to leave because Napoli is currently in a really bad condition and losing Osimhen is the same as the biggest disaster for Napoli.
